I. CLUB SERVICE |

Arrange seminars and dialogues on major social problems; drug abuse, AIDS, environmental problems, hepatitis, social issues and national trends. |

NATIONAL EVENTS | Celebrate national events such as Independence Day, Pakistan Day, Defense Day, UN and other days. |
3 |
COLLABORATION | Create working relationship and carry out joint ventures with other social service organizations for undertaking social work. |

FUND RAISING | Organize fund raising campaigns to support our program of activities for community welfare, RCC and other projects. |
5 |
ROTARY EVENTS | Celebrate special Rotary events during designated months and occasions. |
6 |
ATTENDANCE | Ensure maximum attendance at club meetings. |
7 |
INTERGENERATIONAL MEETING | Arrange at least one intergenerational meeting during the current Rotary year. Arrange two picnics for families of the members. |
8 |
FELLOWSHIP | Organize at least two fellowship dinners to enhance family interaction. |
II. VOCATIONAL SERVICE | ||

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE | Provide financial assistance for self employment to at least five jobless persons to enable them to set up small businesses (Jointly as Vocational as well as Community Service). |

CAREER DEVELOPMENT | Provide counseling for career development of high school students by arranging lectures in the schools. |

IN-HOUSE SPEAKERS | Club members will be invited to make presentations about their vocations/classifications. This will serve dual purpose of creating vocational awareness and strengthening fellowship among members. |

VISIT TO AN INDUSTRY | Arrange a tour of a factory or a technical training center. |
III. COMMUNITY SERVICE | ||

EDUCATION |
• Carry out development activities at our adopted schools through
Matching Grants. • All Club members will adopt at least one child for primary/secondary education for at least one year under Each One Teach One Program. |

SPECIAL CHILDREN | Arrange functions for Special Children. Visit orphanage houses and institutions for the special children on Cultural, National and Rotary events. |
7 |
MARRIAGES OF THE NEEDY | Provide financial assistance for marriage of poor girls. |
IV. INTERNATIONAL SERVICE | ||

GSE TEAM | Propose a team leader and a member for the outgoing GSE team and participate in welcoming the incoming GSE team. |

MATCHING GRANT PROJECTS | Complete the existing Matching Grant projects. More Matching Grant projects will be planned and initiated this year. |
V. YOUTH SERVICE | ||
