ROTARY CLUB TEAM VISITS KUJER VILLAGE
LAHORE (PR) - Members of Rotary Club of Lahore Garrison visited Kujer village and distributed 37 buffalos among the deserving families in and around Kujer village, District Sheikhupura, says a press release issued here Thursday. 

The Matching Grant was funded by The Rotary Foundation and Rotary Clubs from USA.

ROTARY VOLUNTEER FROM BRAZIL VISITS PARADISE
LAHORE (PR) - Eliane Martins, Rotary Volunteer teachers’ trainer from Brazil, met officials and volunteers of PARADISE, a non-profit organization, and provided tips on effective communication skills.  Later Nawab Ali, president PARADISE, thanked her on behalf of his team and informed her about joint service projects being done with Rotary Club of Lahore Garrison.

PARADISE is currently carrying out a health awareness project funded through a Rotary Foundation Matching Grant and is also involved in providing professional training to the youth through its “Leadership Training Program”.

Eliane has come to Pakistan through a joint project of Rotary Club of Lahore Garrison and Rotary Club of Glenville, USA to provide teachers’ training to Rotary’s adopted schools in Lahore and Sheikhupura. More Rotary volunteers from other countries, such as India and USA will visit Pakistan for providing teachers training through Volunteer Service Grant of The Rotary Foundation Program.
